Tom Carroll
Certified Financial Planner^®

Tom founded the firm in 1995. Starting his business career at Procter and Gamble, he has since been involved in personal and business financial planning. He has been an officer of major corporations in the group insurance and employee benefit industries.

Tom graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and holds a Master of Science degree from The American College.

Bob Carroll
Certified Financial Planner^®, Certified Public Accountant

Bob serves as a Fee-Only^® financial planner and is also a Certified Public Account. Bob assists clients by developing personalized solutions for both their financial planning and wealth management needs.

After beginning his career as a Certified Public Accountant at the Cincinnati office of Ernst & Young, Bob was an executive officer of Fifth Third Bank in the areas of audit, credit risk, mergers/acquisitions, and enterprise risk management. With his professional experience, Bob brings a depth of understanding to a wide-range of financial topics for both individuals and businesses.

Bob holds both an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame (BBA – Accountancy) and a Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University.

Heidi Rose
Certified Financial Planner^®

Heidi is a Fee-Only^® financial planner for her clients in addition to performing a major role in client account services. Prior to joining The Alpine Financial Group in 2000, Heidi gained valuable experience in the financial services industry at both Fidelity Investments and Fifth Third Bank.

At Fidelity, Heidi handled investment questions and selection for participants in their 401k plans.

Heidi is a graduate from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelors degree in Personal Finance.

Passed NASD Series 6 and Series 63 exams.

Community Involvement:

Heidi and husband, Dave, live in Independence, Kentucky. Long-time Northern Kentucky residents, both are extremely involved in their church and take active roles in the youth ministry and musical celebrations.

Donna D’Angelo Morrall, PhD
Financial Planner

Donna is a Fee-Only^® financial planner and is actively involved in the research and selection of investments. Prior to joining The Alpine Financial Group, Donna was a senior scientist for The Procter & Gamble Co. Donna will sit for the Certified Financial Planning® Exam in March 2009.

Donna received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wittenberg University (1984), a Master of Science in Biology from Michigan Technological University (1986), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (1990). Donna also performed research and taught at Oregon State University and The University of Georgia.

Donna and husband, Steve, live in West Harrison, Indiana with their 4 children. Steve and Donna are active in the community coaching soccer and participating with Girl Scout activities. The Morralls enjoy hiking, camping/fishing, skiing, and golfing.

Kathy Carroll
Office Manager

Kathy makes certain that the administration of the firm runs smoothly. As office manager since 1998, she is primarily responsible for the firm’s financial affairs including receivables, contracts and general administration. Most clients know Kathy for her ability to assist in the servicing of their accounts.

Kathy has a Bachelors degree in Business from St. Marys College at Notre Dame, Indiana.

Though Kathy is no longer a licensed agent, she began her career as an assistant and licensed agent in the life insurance business. She joined Alpine Financial Group in 1998. Kathy has a Bachelors degree in Business from St. Marys College at Notre Dame, Indiana.
